The University Of Idaho, you know the other team that plays football in Idaho, used a two point conversion to win the 2009 Humanitarian Bowl over Bowling Green. The win caps a great season for the Vandals who have not been to a bowl game in 11 years or had a winning season in a decade finished the year 8-5

All was not bad news though for the Falcons as wide receiver Freddie Barnes set the all time NCAA season reception record with his 144th catch in the second quarter. The Falcons ended their season 7-6
