The Colorado Rockies who have been on a very long ride have taken it to the World Series after a 6-4 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Rockies who many people didn't give much of a chance has proven everyone wrong with a sweep of the Diamondbacks.
Pitching is the key to any post-season run and the Rockies have got outstanding pitching and timely hitting. When you combine those two things you are very hard to beat. In fact the Rockies have only lost one time in their last 22 games which is unheard of especially for a run into the playoffs. Now the Rockies can get some rest and wait to see if they will play Cleveland or Boston.
