Ole Miss Has A New Mascot

: Ole Miss Has A New Mascot
The University of Mississippi's nickname is the Rebels and for years their mascot was Col. Rebel, a confederate soldier that bears a strong resemblance to General Robert E. Lee.


The school finally gave in to political correctness and agreed to retire the Colonel.


This week the student congress voted for a replacement.



The winner?


Admiral Ackbar from Return Of The Jedi.



I doubt it will stand up but man that is one cool choice. Congrats to the Ole Miss students.
