Kevin Garnett came out of high school as a young kid who was given massive amounts of money. Sometimes this leads to problem for a young 18 year old but not Kevin Garnett. Last night he scored 44 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Minnesota Timberwolves and help end the Phoenix Suns 17 game winning streak. Garnett is more than just a basketball player though.
Garnett has been on a losing team for a number of years and deep down it has to hurt him alot. Does Kevin Garnett ask for a trade like other player do? Nope, he continues to play hard every night no matter who they put beside him. That's the definition of a superstar. More NBA players should watch Garnett on and off the court and realize this is a guy with class and talent who puts team first and not him. rare these days I would say.
