James Hylton has been doing his job for alot of years and now want to add another chapter to his life. Now this would not see to a big deal for most people unless you are 72 years old. Hylton wants to be the oldest ever to start a Daytona 500 Auto Race. It's not like Hylton is coming out of retirement to do this. He has been a regular racer on the Arca Series for a number of years now.
The real question isn't if he can drive a race car because he still can. My big worry is when do we say one is to old and if we do are we being fair to people. Hylton has a dream to drive in the Daytona 500 and does have over 600 Cup starts so where can we draw the line. I guess if he can make the field and be competitive who are we to make a judgement car on his age.
