Brett Favre has decided to return to the Green Bay Packers for his 17th season. Favre is excited about the team that is around him and after finishing 8-8 this past season he has a renewed energy going into the 17th season with the Packers. Favre is inching closer to a number of new records including touchdown passes thrown. Right now he stands 6 behind Dan Marino.
One player that you can't help but root for is Brett Favre as he plays his heart out on the field and doesn't complain. All he wants to do is win and play football. It will be a shame when he does retire as we will miss one of the good ones that has every played that position.
