1) He is innocent until proven guilty
2) He is a complete idiot.
There are certain things you can't do when you are a two time Super Bowl quarterback and the face of a billion dollar franchise. At the top of the list would be hanging around drunk underage coeds in a bar.
Most companies, including mine, have provisions that if you either do something immoral, whether illegal or not, you can be fired.
You would have thought that Big Ben would have learned this lesson the first time.
He's risking endorsements and a future in the Hall Of Fame with this latest incident: and that's if it is not true.
Maybe he should take a look at how Tom Brady and Peyton Manning conduct themselves.
